Nissan’s Groundbreaking 4-Hour Animated EV Ad Captivates Millions
Eight million people actually enjoyed an animated advertisement for an electric vehicle. I wouldn’t believe it unless I saw it. The journey began in April, featuring this relaxing endeavor, which apparently held therapeutic benefits for several viewers. This project was created for the instrumental YouTube channel Lofi Girl, featuring artwork by the Los Angeles-based studio Titmouse. In fact, it might just be the sole promotional video you’d willingly watch repeatedly, all four hours of it especially if you are studying or just relaxing. Well done, Nissan (a sentence we never imagined penning). I almost didn’t realize that it was an advertisement for the car company. That’s when an ad is…

ITA’s Top 5 Super Bowl Ads 2023
I know it’s been a while since I posted here. I primarily focus on creating Mac automation YouTube videos these days. So I wanted to share with the world out there the best Super Bowl commercials in my opinion that aired during this year’s (2023) big game. These ads are in no particular order and I must give to Ads of the World where I source all the ads from. Anyway, let’s get started. Here is ITA’s list of top 5 ads from the 2023 Super Bowl Title: Pop Corners by Agency: Unknown I loved the ‘Breaking Bad’ integration. It was created for the Brand PopCorners but I’m not sure…
Google Pixel Ad On NBA Court
During the Bucks and Bulls NBA playoff game 1 I swear I saw Google Pixel ad flashing on the court itself? Could they be engaging in subliminal advertising? A subliminal message is a message that is meant to sort of ‘slip past your mental radar’ and embed itself deep into your subconscious mind. The word itself refers to the fact that this message should pass below (that is, sub) your normal perception, underneath its limits – therefore being liminal. The most classic examples of subliminal advertising and messaging include: The shape of the glass Coca Cola bottle is one of the most recognisable shapes on the planet, but many people believe…
Google CODA Commercial
Google’s CODA TV spot tells the story of a man named Tony. Tony is what’s known as a “CODA”, a child of deaf adults. Tony’s parents were both born deaf, so he grew up speaking sign language and translating for his parents. During the pandemic, Tony hasn’t been able to see his parents in person, but he can still communicate with them through the use of technology, including letting his parents spend time with their new grand-baby. You should note that all the technology in the commercial is a Google related product so no this is not an ode to a certain Apple TV show which I’ll talk about…
Ramadan is Upon Us
About a week before the Start of Ramadan, I received this cool looking postcard in the mail from Life, a global humanitarian relief and development organization, headquartered in Southfield, Michigan. I wanted to post this quickly since it’s the first day of blessed month. I must say, I’m wondering how I was selected to receive this postcard, I’ve never interacted with this particular nonprofit. Can someone out there in the inter webs let me know what kind of marketing list my name is on that I was able to receive the card? Let me know down in the comments. I’m appreciative of the card I would just like to know…

An Alexa for the Middle East?
I’m not sure that this is an actual Alexa commercial but it demonstrates the kind of questions that would be asked of Amazon’s Alexa in the Middle East. I’ve found a couple of these types of videos online lately. Also, I recently discovered that Amazon is launching Alexa in Saudi Arabia which I think is very cool.
Acura Takes Road less Traveled with Anime Product Integration
Acura is taking the “road less traveled”d by venturing into product integration with its new Anime series promoting its luxury performance cars and the reborn Type S badge. On January 20th of this year, the brand launched Chiaki’s Journey, a four-part anime series that follows an up-and-coming driver named Chiaki and her wise uncle Noboru. All the while Acura’s lineup of present and future cars are taking center stage in this anime world of car racing. The NSX, TLX and MDX Type S model vehicles are literally placed in the series as if they were real models, and viewers can catch the upcoming 2023 Integra in plenty of instances, as…
